Next-generation technology. Old-school craftsmanship.
We built NexForge™ 3D on more than 35 years of signage, design, fabrication, manufacturing, branding and project execution, so we approach every print as manufacturers.
Nex + Forge.
“Nex” is next-generation innovation: advanced additive manufacturing, engineering-grade materials and digital workflows.
“Forge” is the strength, reliability and craftsmanship of a traditional forge, where raw material becomes something that lasts.
The name stands for our commitment to turning concepts into reality through precision manufacturing, advanced engineering and uncompromising quality.
The mark: the shield stands for the forge and the trust it protects. The hexagon is an isometric cube, a 3D object, and the white and cyan N folds like a part coming off the build plate.
To deliver high-performance 3D-printed products, prototypes and manufacturing solutions with unmatched precision, speed, reliability and integrity, so clients can go from concept to creation without compromise.
Decades of work before the first print.
Long before NexForge 3D launched, our team spent decades serving clients in design, fabrication, advertising, signage, engineering support, manufacturing and visual communications.
That background sets us apart from most 3D printing providers. We see past the print to how a part will function, perform, assemble and succeed where it's used.
Our marketing says it plainly: we're professionals focused on manufacturing quality, not hobby-level production.

Nader Ajlouny
Founder · NexForge™ 3D · Vorlix Manufacturing Group
Nader was born in Livonia, Michigan, and grew up in Morehead City, North Carolina, where his family owned and ran a hotel and restaurant for more than 20 years. That's where he learned how a business earns trust: one customer and one detail at a time.
He spent his career in design, signage, fabrication and manufacturing, and he's a lifelong car enthusiast who loves following a design from concept to completion. That same passion drives NexForge.
His philosophy is simple: never accept second best.
“We don't just print parts. We forge results.”
Six principles behind every part.
Integrity isn't just a corporate value for us. It's a business principle that shapes every relationship we build.
Precision
Every detail matters. We aim to exceed specifications, not just meet them.
Integrity
We're honest, transparent and ethical in every interaction.
Quality
Uncompromising standards across materials, equipment, processes and final products.
Innovation
We keep exploring new technologies, materials and manufacturing methods.
Reliability

Confidentiality
We protect our clients' intellectual property, proprietary information and business interests.
Always adding capacity and capability.
